A. All our systems are connected to a backup power supply that ensures continues service for at least 24 hours.

A. Our central monitoring station is located in Statesville, North Carolina.

Q. How quick is your response time?

A. A telephone response to a triggered alarm system is initiated within 30 seconds. The signal is received by our monitoring station within 5 seconds of the trigger.

Q. How experienced is your team?

A. Our team is fully certified and have completed field and classroom training. Our owner, Jonathan Whaley has over 17 years total industry experience. Division One Security has been in existence for 3 years.
